A REACTive fixed price support service which is billed monthly and is costed based on the number of devices and / or services we are being asked to support.

The RESPOND service enables Clients' to access IT expertise on a Pay as You Go (PAYG) basis. A block of hours is purchased in advance and EasyIP will undertake a range of activities including IT Support / Break-Fix, Advisory & Design up to the block limit. Whatever you need.

RESPOND is most suitable to Clients' who are not yet ready to make a financial commitment to ongoing IT Support costs but do need access to IT Specialists. Although RESPOND can (and continues to be) used for IT Support purposes many Clients' are surprised about how quickly their bundle hours diminish when used for this purpose. REACT
- Tier 2 is a better choice for established businesses seeking onward IT Support, offering far greater protection for a fixed monthly fee.
